Requirements

There are a few minimum requirements to meet before you can sign up to provide mobile phlebotomy services with myWork.

  • Active phlebotomy license/ certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a phlebotomist
  • A valid US driver’s license
  • Ability to commute to the client
  • Pass a background check
  • Complete MOH phlebotomy training
  • Ability to work independently
  • Access and capacity to use a smart device
  • Access to a computer and printer
