Requirements

There are a few minimum requirements to meet before you can sign up to provide mobile phlebotomy services with myWork.

Active phlebotomy license/ certification
Minimum 1 year experience as a phlebotomist
A valid US driver’s license
Ability to commute to the client
Pass a background check
Complete MOH phlebotomy training
Ability to work independently
Access and capacity to use a smart device
Access to a computer and printer
