myOnsite Healthcare is a national, fully managed end-to-end mobile phlebotomy and laboratory services company. We have been in business since 2004 and are backed by a proprietary cloud-based IT platform. With this platform, we manage a paperless workflow that spans from initial ordering to final results and offer tailor-made solutions to integrate with the client’s EMR System and print customized labels. We are also very proud that we have a 99+ customer satisfaction record, which demonstrates our commitment to high-quality service and patient-centric care.

myOnsite makes specimen collection convenient from individual homebound patients to large corporations that require specimen management for tens of thousands of collections across the country. Our services provide safety for patients who find it hard to travel or are immuno-compromised.  We also serve those who would prefer to have a private healthcare setting or have time constraints.

We provide dedicated success managers who oversee the entire patient experience, including phone calls, to confirm each appointment. We work hard to deliver a superior experience to each patient and client.

myOnsite Healthcare  offers optional laboratory services. In addition to our own  CLIA certified lab, we work with a  network of partner laboratories across the nation, providing coverage throughout the country.  We also coordinate screening event services- and can manage the process from end to end for clients.

These teams manage all clinical research industry services, including mobile specimen collection, Sample processing, patient enrollment assistance, eConsent, eCRF customizations, and lab testing. myOnsite Healthcare provides services for all types of Clinical Research trials, including Pharma, In Vitro Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or epidemiology / Patient population studies. Chief Executive Officer - Mayank Trivedi

Mayank Trivedi serves as the CEO of myOnsite Healthcare and Indralok Technologies. Mayank has a proven track record of over thirty years, establishing and growing businesses in the Healthcare IT sector. His multi-shore operations experience includes clinical systems, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Blood Bank, and Real-time Location systems workflow and logistics in Healthcare.
With his high energy leadership, organizational and entrepreneurial skills, he has guided myOnsite into becoming one of the country’s fastest-growing mobile phlebotomy companies. His emphasis on quality of care and customer satisfaction has become an intrinsic part of the company and continues to be the highest priority as myOnsite continues to expand..

Finance - Harita Oza

Harita Oza is the Director of Finance at myOnsite and Indracare. She holds a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship in Applied Technologies and a Master of Commerce (Finance) degree. She has more than ten years of experience handling finance, Accounts, Treasury, Internal Finance Control Systems, Business Planning, Legal, Taxation, Company Secretarial and Allied Laws, Costing, Management Information Systems, Inventory management, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

She is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, taxation, Audits and advises management on short-term and long-term financial objectives and policies for the myOnsite’s affiliated operations in the USA and India.

General Manager: Mitesh Shah

Mitesh Shah is a seasoned management professional with over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare IT field. He is the General Manager of Operations at myOnsite and oversees all company departments, including product, services, finance, and personnel. Having previously worked for Mayank Trivedi, the two senior executives share a common shorthand and vision developed over collaboration years.

Before joining myOnsite, Mitesh worked with InSync Healthcare Solutions as a Director of Operations managing the company’s India Operation of large scale EMR product development, RCM, and Medical Transcription unit.

His extensive experience in the Healthcare IT industry benefits his team and the company.

Business Operations - Vikram Rai

Vikram Rai is a six sigma PMP certified professional with vast experience of over 14 years in the Customer Service Industry. Before Joining myOnsite, Vikram worked with Teleperformance as site head to oversee India operations for Amazon. He has hands-on experience in setting up new sites(BCP) and leading various customer experience projects with companies like Wipro, 3Global Services, Vodafone, Advantmed LLP, and Motif, Accenture.

At myOnsite, he is responsible for daily business operations and oversees the below teams:

The customer service Team - Responsible for handling the Inbound and Outbound calls from patients and clients and manages the questions received on Drift Chats (Computer chats).

The field Services team - Handles the day-to-day management of the mobile phlebotomists and makes sure that orders are filled on-time, and the patients and clients receive excellent and personalized service.

The customer success team - Dedicated to work directly with corporate clients to ensure the best service possible. From onboarding new clients to oversight of projects, this team ensures we deliver the high standards that our partners have come to expect from us. Any client questions or concerns go to their customer success manager, who oversees the entire corporate customer experience.

Healthcare Sales and Growth: Hardip Jadav

Hardip Jadav manages the Sales Team and has over 10+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry. He manages a team of professionals who work directly with patients and clients, including county and state governments and the federal government. By working closely with these clients and patients, they can make sure that myOnsite meets their needs and facilitates a smooth transition to our services. He also oversees the Revenue cycle management team, which manages accounts receivable and payable.

Information & Technology: Malay Kothari

Malay Kothari leads the Information & Technology (IT) team and is a senior software developer with over 15 years of experience. He has a team of professionals that manage Website development, application development, integrations with external systems, IT infrastructure management, CRM development, and maintenance, as well as day to day IT operations.

Clinical Research: Srinivas Sashidhar

Srinivas Sashidhar K. leads the Clinical Research team. Srinivas has over 11 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry. Their knowledge of the Clinical research team informed the development of the department’s strict standards and documentation procedures. The team manages all clinical research industry services, including mobile specimen collection, Sample processing, patient enrollment assistance, eConsent, eCRF customizations, and lab testing. Their goal is to “Bring Clinical Research home,” enabling convenience and increasing patient satisfaction and retention.

Human Resource Management: Oshina Singh

Oshina Singh leads the Human Resource (HR) team and oversees recruitment and general HR functions. The HR team is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive and well-staffed organization and furthering employee's personal development. myOnsite takes great pride in its HR team, which serves the employees and creates a comprehensive and inclusive company culture..

Marketing: Priyanka Ashok

Priyanka Ashok leads the Marketing team and has extensive Marketing & Branding experience across different industries. Her marketing team works to establish name recognition and consistent branding in the healthcare/ IT market while targeting larger audiences with digital marketing and corporate branding strategies. Utilizing technology-based marketing, their professional experience enables them to work closely with clients and uncover untapped revenue streams. They employ innovative and creative ways to reach new clients, continuing to create market growth.
